Our room was skipped twice for morning cleaning. We left by 8:30am and didn't return until 1-2pm. Food was poor quality and poor planning (ran out of hot food by 8:30am). We had no eggs in the morning. Will be sure to compare other hotels now in the area. In the past we've always chosen Hampton over other brands. That will no longer be the case. For those who stay there, be aware that for $1.99 you can have a full breakfast at Ikea which is very close.

It was our 49th wedding anniversary, and at check-in, the staff up-graded our room and gave us a dis-count. Treated us very good. It was our second stay there. Being across the street from Bass Pro Shop was my main reason for visiting this area. The date, June 16th, was my wife's (Anniversary and Father's Day).

Spent 8 nights here. Hotel guests included families, businessmen, and several teams (youth baseball, gymnastics, softball?). Appeared most of the rooms were occupied but the hotel was quiet enough. Daily breakfast served 6-10am and continuously restocked with fresh fruit, waffles, breads & muffins, hot & cold cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, juices, milk, coffee, tea, cocoa. Hot dishes were available that varied each day: scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, biscuits & sausage gravy, omelets, topped bagels, and French toast sticks. The staff was friendly and accommodating and even packed us Grab & Go breakfasts at my request even though they typically do not provide these on the weekends. Hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness center. There were 2 computers off the lobby with printing capability so it was easy to print boarding passes before heading to the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. Seemed pricey but was actually less expensive than comparable hotels in the area. Only real complaint: One day housekeeping was short-staffed. Left room at 9:30am. Returned at 3pm to find room not cleaned. Left again and returned at 5pm; still not cleaned. Called office but no one showed up after 45 minutes so we left again.

If you are making a last minute reservation, the location of this hotel being outside of downtown proved to lend more availability, in our case. If you want to hang out around downtown Cinci, this hotel is quite a drive away. The hotel is nearby other comfort amenities - chain restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean and updated. The staff were very pleasant and the stay was quiet and peaceful. Good value rates for the quality of hotel.

great location...walk to Kohl's, burlington and bass pro shops. clean room, friendly staff. Loved our stay. A little more pricey than some, but overall well worth it. breakfast was yummy. The fact that they make you write a 200 character review kind of stinks!!
