Good parking, but no automatic doors. A teen boy was working the front desk. He was a nice twink.
The room was clean and comfortable. The inclued breakfast was good. Great location, major shopping, restaurants and C-stores with gas close by. Smooth check out. I will stay again.

We traveled with a group and stay at the Quality Inn on Tuller Rd. It appears to be family owned. At first we were given a room on he 2nd floor. The smell of cigarette smoke was so overwhelming we asked to move to the 1st floor. This room was 2 doors down from the ice machine that dumped ice all night long. The bed was so worn/broken that my husband and I kept rolling into the middle. We did not sleep at all on that uncomfortable bed. The next day we asked to chaneg rooms. There were 2 rooms open, one on the 2nd floor-no way! and the other was across the hall. We had a more comfortable bed, but the ice machine ran all night. The overall cleanliness of the room was good the first day. After that, they just drop off towels and half made the beds. We had a blanket with a stain on it so asked that it be changed. The next day the housekeeper only pulled up the covers but didn't put on the duvet, just left it on the floor. That's when we noticed the blanket had been flipped around so the stain was on the bottom of the bed. We only got 1 towel for 4 people that day as well. The counters were not wiped down so there was toothpaste and shaving cream left behind. However, the staff, especially the woman, was very nice and always asked how our day was. Breakfast was OK with some hot choices. I think they try hard to do a good job but are understaffed in housekeeping and possibly lack the knowledge to be good hotel keepers. They cut corners so the hotel appears cheap. We won't stay there again because the price is just too high for a property like that. There is no pool at this hotel.

What a great place to stay! After reading some of the reviews I was a little leery but decided to book it anyway because of location & price! We were so pleasantly surprised! Excellent check in service with very friendly & personable lady. LARGE, very clean suites that are actually suites. Two separate rooms (bedroom & living area), one full bath plus another large seperate vanity. A couch, chair desk with nice office chair, two tv's, microwave, mini fridge w/freezer and real air conditioning, not some noisy, finicky window unit! Being on the road for six weeks, this is such a nice home away from home that I think we will stay an extra night and definitely keep this at the top of our list of favorites!

Dear Guest,

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your comments. Many of our guests are very happy with the size of our suites and the fact that we have two televisions in each room. Our spacious guest rooms really separate us from the competition. Again, thank you for your kindness and we hope to see you again soon!

I see there are multiple reviews on here with bad experiances. I have to be honest and say it was a pretty good experiance.

You can tell the manager is trying to improve the rooms. We had a flat screen tvs with fresh plastic on it in the living room and bedroom area, as they just installed them in the room. We only paid $77 for the room and it was a suite. Hampton Inn was next door and it was $109 a night for a standard room. Room was very clean and no signs of bugs. Breakfast was more than a basic breakfast like they advertised.

I would stay here again and ask others to do the same. I didnt read the ratings until after our stay and they wouldve scared me away but it was good.

We had a good experience with the facility. It was clean, non-smoking (no smoke smell, really), had everything we needed, and was safe. The staff are very friendly and tend to your requests. We actually left behind nearly $3,000 in personal belongings and the staff returned it to us! The staff constantly attempted to contact our cell phone, we were unavailable, and they held our things for 1 week until we returned. Thank heavens! Very honest people!!!

Close to zoo!

Bottom line: I am the mother of the previous reviewer, Kate, and in my 61 yrs.of a life of travel I have never had such a terrifying experience due to the deranged actions of one of this motel's employees (who seems to be in charge at the front desk- a middle aged man, will not use his name.). Just after midnight he tried violently to break into our room after midnight, continuing to try to break our security lock, even though my daughter and I were screaming for him to go away and pushing against the door to keep him out. He kept yelling that we had checked out but: 1.He had been at the desk when my daughter had paid for the room that very afternoon, 2. The room had not been cleaned (it hadn't all week that we had been there), our things were all still there. 3. Our card key will worked (they disable them when you check out). 4. We had entered the motel and walked past the front desk 2 hrs earlier and no-one stopped us asking if we had paid. We had no indication that they thought we did not belong in the room. Also: 1. All of our MALE relatives who had been staying in the 2 rooms next to us had left that day- we were two women alone. 2. This man did NOT KNOCK 3. He DID NOT at anytime identify himself as a motel employee. Kate recognized him when she ran to try to push the door closed and saw him through the opening- as the older man who runs the desk and whom she and my brother-in-law had seen push a female employee in anger earlier. We were terrified!!!We had to call the police and have them escort us safely out, We are working with the police now. Further, we have contacted the Quality in home office and have received no response. I'll post updates.

Let's face it, what do you expect for $70 a night?

Staff was nice. Rooms were clean, bedding included. Rooms were quiet. Coffee pot in the room, breakfast in the morning was nice....it was to be expected for the price. Restaurants and a movie theater close by if you are looking for a few things to do.

If you want a $120 a night experience, pay for it and go someplace else. If you want a clean room for a quick trip, stay here.
