I recently attended the Eric Clapton concert at Blossom Music Center, along with my husband & sister. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed walking the park grounds before the concert. We did not appreciate having to constantly get up to let people in & out of our row of seats. Were they there to listen to the music or drink & go to the rest rooms? Eric Clapton put on a fantastic concert, as usual, and he didn't deserve all the rudeness displayed by these people! The young boy (about 12 or 13 years old) sitting in front of me constantly took pictures with a digital camera while his father was on his cell phone making calls. The father also got up constantly to get beverages. Why spoil the concert for people who truly want to enjoy the music? We drove over 200 miles from Buffalo, NY to attend this concert. Where was the security that was supposed to be banning the use of cameras & recorders? I should have brought my camera into Blossom Music Center. We spend enough money on these tickets and we should not have to deal with this behavior! I also had to keep leaning over to my right as the father (already mentioned) kept leaning over to his son, talking & looking at his son's camera. This was definitely not comfortable for me, the entire evening.
