“Bring your camera!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2014

You never know when an animal is going to poke it's head in the bus. The ostrich kept pecking on the side of bus. We did the open air safari and enjoyed it. The animals are in their natural habitat. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

“"First Time Ziplining"”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2014

This was our first time zip-lining and afterwards were wondering why we waited so long. My husband and I are in our late fifties and were a little apprehensive. Though our guides Gracie and Josh put our minds at ease, they were "Great" We can't wait to go back in our "sixties"!!!!

“Amazing Experience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 19, 2014

Our trip to The Wilds today was our first time there and let me just say we will definitely be back! It was so awesome to see the animals in their natural habitat, especially when they get right up next to the bus sticking their heads in! We had a rhino, camel, and an ostrich come right up to us! We took the open air safari tour. It was definitely worth the money and gave us an amazing experience. Our tour guide was great as well! Very knowledgable and cracked some good jokes a long the way (I think her name was Kaitlin). This was definitely worth the money spent!

“Ziplining”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 18, 2014

I loved this zip-lining course. Avoid on a windy day. The wind slowed me down and I got stuck :( but even with that experience I loved it. The ziplines are longer than hocking hills canopy tours, if anyone's been there. The tour guides, Grace and Joshua, were very fun and encouraging. AND you get a fantastic view of the scenery and the animals. We did not go on the open air tour because we didn't think we'd see too many additional animals than we did during the zipline tour. Worth the trip, though probably not by itself.

“Lots of fun but not for a rainy day”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 17, 2014

We did the zipline tour, horseback riding, and the open air safari.
The zipline was very good, Amelinda and Josh were really good tour guides. They helped one of the people in the party get over her fears and made the "zipping" enjoyable for all. Good distances between stops so you could work up some speed.
The horseback riding was disappointing, basically a walk, with no opportunity to cantor or gallop; around some empty fields with no view of the animals. The guide could only be heard by the people at the front of the line.
The open air safari was good, the guides were well informed and very nice. Unfortunately it began to poor early into the tour. As the tour was open air, that means you get soaked (the bus has a tarp over the top but completely open sides without any drop down plastic or any way to keep the wet out) Thankfully we had not yet arrived at the first station so when we got there arrangements were made for closed transportation, We dried out and stayed dry from there on out.
