This hotel was way overpriced and extremely disappointing. The service was terrible in the pool and spa area. The facility was dirty and unsupervised. The two days we were there we visited the pool area several times and there were never any clean towels available. Kids running around unsupervised and drink bottles and towels all over the floor. The pool itself was disgusting, with slime evident on the pool walls. Rooms were clean and fresh but no amenities such as microwave or frig. The normal fees for internet and the tv's were volume controlled which meant you could not hear the tv when the air conditioner was running. Extremely disappointing and would never recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter and I spent one night here and were totally satisfied. Everything was clean and in very good condition. The check in was perfectly smooth - we got an escort to the elevator, which was good because there were many twists and turns on the way there. The property is kind of spread out.
We booked through Priceline and were satisfied with the rate, although it did not include breakfast or internet.

The staff was outstanding in service, courtesy, and making business travelers feel at home. I spoke at a meeting at the hotel and the staff went out of their way to assist me. When in Columbus again, I would choose to stay here even if I didn't have to be so close to the airport.

The front desk staff walk out from behind the counter to greet you when you check in, the restaurant manager makes sure you have great meal, and the Concierge staff get to know you and are always pleasant and helpful. These are just some of the reasons this hotel is a very plesant place to stay.
