It all depends on what you are used to and what you consider acceptable for the price you pay. However, even by budget hotel/motel standards, this location is sub-standard and overpriced. Made late reservations and this place was the last in area to have availability. Stayed here one night with family - four rooms. All rooms had significant problems and staff, though pleasant, seemed disinterested. Appeared there was no manager on duty and no one was in charge; it was difficult to tell who was a member of the staff and who was a guest. While waiting for a local event, we spent a considerable amount of time sitting in the atrium (which was pleasant enough). Three maintainance men (dirty and poorly dressed) were very busy during our visit; we observed them crisscrossing the lobby and atrium at various times during the day/night. Not sure what they were working on because I never saw tools or indication of job activity. Pool appeared nice and was being well used by guests. Banquet hall looked like an absolute disaster area and the bar area (looked like it had been closed for an extended period) was strewn with debris, dirty glasses and food containers. Very unsanitary conditions.
In summary, the problems we encountered: one of four rooms rented was undergoing active renovation - spackled walls and no pictures - but they rented it anyway (staff gave us a new room when asked). All four rooms were not clean and had mIldew in showers. One of four showers did not drain. General condition of all bathrooms was very poor and marginally clean. Many had broken tiles. Showers were fine but the towels were extremely cheap and threadbare. Bed linens were clean and pillows were standard motel pillows. Rooms were relatively quiet but the ones next to elevator did encounter the noise from the very noisy elevator doors. Cover plates were missing on electrical outlets creating a dangerous hazard. For those rooms that had refrigerators - they were not clean. Room AC only marginally worked and appeared that thermostat was not working.
Carpeting and walls throughout building showed signs of excessive age. Hallways had an odor of smoke and even the rooms identified as non-smoking, had an unpleasant odor of smoke covered by stale air freshener.
Breakfast Bar was substandard even by minimal "continental" breakfast standards. There were no cups for coffee or juice - staff seemed surprised when it was brought to their attention and simply walked away after a cursory search found nothing. Microwave not working but staff did replace when brought to their attention.
The exterior of the building and grounds is marginally maintained - the pictures on their website are highly decieving and do not reflect the current deterioration of the buildings, the rooms, the parking lot or the adjacent areas. Building was secure with access controlled by room key.
Front desk was unattended for lengthy periods of time. While waiting to depart for our morning event, I observed a lady attempting to checkout to catch a flight and she was delayed due to no one at the front desk.
As I indicated, we made our reservations late and had to settle for staying in this hotel/motel. In hindsight, I would have gladly payed double at a hotel that was further away.
I understand the comments regarding convenience to the airport and "free" long term parking but after staying here one night, I would never sacrifice cleanliness and safety just for the close proximity to the airport or for free parking.
