This poor Graceland store already suffered through the "test" remake to add the big screen tv and wall that effectively hid an entire aisle from the kitchen, servers and managers (like sitting in the bermuda triangle). Well, the wall and tv are gone, the counters have been reconfigured and there is all kinds of dead space at the front of the store. What we found was too few servers with too many tables each, lots of people waiting with empty tables waiting to be bussed, food getting cold in the kitchen window and overwrought servers attempting to navigate the new floor plan which is not at all helpful. Go back to the original corral style booths that everyone loved where servers could easily move up and down their territory. This setup results in cold food, poor service on all fronts and a determination not to visit this location again. If you are reopening to feature new bakery items, where are they????? Not one pie as listed on the dessert menu was available, at 5:30pm on a Friday evening.
