The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. The staff is excellent. The downside is that noise travels in the galleria style arcade. I could hear everything late night and early am. I did not get much sleep. Granted these may not be in control of the hotel but is good to know if you are there for a good night of rest.

Thank you for your feedback! We do have quiet rooms in our two towers, so please don't hesitate to request one should you stay with us again and we will do our very best to accommodate. We're glad you enjoyed our historic building!

I love staying here each week! The rooms are so cozy and it feels secure and enclosed at the Arcade, The 1890 Restaurant and the Pizza place are phenomenal. I have also been able too partake in the services at the salon there in the Arcade for a manicure and pedicure. So convenient! My only negative is the parking fee. The Valet staff are so nice and very attentive and timely. If traveling for business, ensure your company reimburses as the hotel does not negotiate on parking fees.

Stayed here for an event. Great hotel and location. Easy distance to the convention center. Rooms are spacious. We stayed in the tower so it was quieter. There was a wedding one night and we could not easily move around the hotel which Was annoying as a paying customer but great for the wedding and privacy for them. Overall we would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights. It was a nice room. HVAC worked well. The room, as was the entire hotel, very quiet. The room service staff, and the maid staff were friendly and efficient. Pricing was a bit high for an older hotel. A parking garage is just steps away from the hotel entrance.
