The hotel is beautiful; location is excellent; there are renovations being done; it will be nice when all the rooms are updated; we have stayed here as a family of four on severeal occasions and have not had a bad experience.

We were informed by the hotel just a few days before our arrival that there would be noise due to parties taking place in the Arcade during our entire stay (4 nights). We opted to change our room, which required an upgrade to the VIP Suite on the 7th floor. The room was a very odd configuration with a lot of wasted space. We were told that the hotel had been refurbished, but it was far more outdated than we anticipated. The phone did not work, the curtains did not work, and the wood furniture was so scratched, it looked like something from a yard sale. We asked that the sofa bed be made up, and came back to find the sheets and blankets left out for us to assemble. We were expecting a City view, but again, disappointed that the view was only to the street below and the buildings across from it. This was not a good value for the money, and I would not recommend this room. It appears that this hotel makes their primary business from events.

My niece was having her wedding at this facility in downtown Cleveland. The historical Arcade was beautiful and the staff did an amazing job of making the evening a memorable event. The service was flawless from the time we checked into the hotel, throughout the wedding and reception and then at checkout. The rooms were very nice and amazingly quiet. The price was not cheap but reasonable for a big city. We would certainly stay here again if we visit downtown Cleveland.

I was remarkably amazed as the inside of the Arcade From outside you would not believe inside. Can't wait to return and stay again. Very easy to get around the city. Venues were well priced. Staff the friendliest.

This hotel was very nice upon entering you are greeted to a little mall with food options . Fact this used to be America’s first in closed shopping mall. Once you enter the lobby you are greeted to nice people. Once you go up you see a brand new renovation in the rooms with comfy beds and clean for the most part. One issue is the bathroom floor was not mopped I saw hairs other issues were the shower head pressure was terrible other than that I recommend this hotel.
Pros
Good breakfast
Good location
Good food
Great staff
Cons
Dirty bathroom floor
Bad water pressure in shower
