Old hotel, dirty carpet, very old bath tub, bad service.
Only the prices of breakfast, water are of a 5 stars hotel, doesn't make any sense.
Region is good, lots of restaurants, close to the rock museum, but even a 2 stars hotel must be cleaner and worth the money compared to this one.
Parties every night on the annex building, so if you get the newer rooms, still is an exchange for more noise.
Parking is 24 dollar per night, not much to choose.
Water costs 4 dollars and the refrigerator has to be requested.
Our room was cleaned poorly even in the second night, some garbage was left behind.
There's a Starbucks on the first floor, one person serving, so if the hotel is full it may be impossible to order anything!

Overall, this is a nice hotel. Clean, attractive, and very centrally located. The setting for the hotel-- the historic arcade -- is stunning. Given that setting though, one can't help but think that Hyatt could easily be doing a lot more with this property.

The hotel is old but clean. The toilet clogged and they sent a repairman right away who took about 10 mins to unclog and clean the bathroom.
The room we got was away from the elevators but we could still hear other guests when they walked by.
The high ceilings give an amazing feeling of grandeur to the room.
The downside with this hotel is that it does not offer free internet and there is no coffee shop around where you could get free internet.
Across the street from the arcade, there is a bunch of restaurants and pubs, just steps away from the stadium where the Cleveland Indians play. We walked to the West Side Market, it took about 30 minutes. If you walk 15 minutes on the other side, you can easily get to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

I'll start by saying that I really enjoyed my stay at the Cleveland Hyatt Regency at The Arcade. Our room was clean and updated recently although I've had more than one trusted friend tell me they had the opposite experience. Maybe they have renovated since my friends stayed because I was expecting something comically out of date. That wasn't the case at all.

The architecture of The Arcade is beautiful. It's easy to imagine this place as an opulent hotel in a different time. The location is fantastic for a group of friends meeting up in Cleveland for a fun weekend or a romantic stay. It's near any of the sports venues, dining, theaters, the science museum, casino, and public transportation.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a wedding. The building is amazing and I love the idea of keeping the old shop-hotel look around the Arcade; however, the rooms look as if they haven't been renovated since the 1800s. Everything in the room was muted and for lack of a better word gross. The only toiletries in the bathroom were shampoo and conditioner. There was a dilapidated corduroy chair with a sunken seat.
Very disappointing experience overall. There are much nicer properties in Cleveland.
