My husband & I stayed here two nights to see the Tigers play...I think everybody else did, too, from Detroit-including the Tigers themselves! Al (I hope and think that's his name) worked the door and was very friendly-& funny-suggesting a great restaurant off the beaten path away from the baseball traffic (Cowell & Hubbard's on Euclid-yum!). The room was very clean, and so cozy with the greatest darkening drapes that we slept so late our first morn! I used the nice fitness center, as well as the convenient and hopping hotel bar & beautiful lobby. Our view from our lovely corner king was great, too! It was very close to all sporting fields, as well as the cute 4th Street (Avenue?) eating area (try Lola's!). Although this hotel was extremely busy during the holiday weekend that we stayed, we never had to wait for an elevator more than like 10 seconds, & I did not feel in any way that service, convenience, or our experience was compromised whatsoever. We will definitely return! Thank you!

Had a great weekend in Cleveland! The Marriott at Key Center was excellent in every way. Excellent location, close to everything including our two favorite hotspots for food and entertainment, the Warehouse District and 4th St East. Horseshoe Casino is also just a short walk. Plenty of taxis available, as well as trolley and RTA if you want to head out to some of the spots away from downtown like Tremont or Ohio City.

We got a good deal through total rewards for this hotel, and it was a great overnight stop on our way home from an 8 day road trip. The room was very spacious and clean and it looked out over the Browns stadium and the lake. The hotel is a block walk from the Horseshoe casino and also is a short walk to Progressive field. They have valet parking or self park, and the self park has elevators right into the hotel. The self park is $20 but we somehow only owed $8 when we left so I'm not complaining!

Great location to walk to downtown Cleveland attractions. Short wait for elevators. Ice macine broke on our floor, the maid knew but no sign. Gave us a late checkout. The rooms are not worth the money. Cheap towels, tight bathroom. Went to an event there that had good service and food. Stay for the location not the quality of the room for the money.

Room tip: Ask what the room faces, ask for a lake view!

Stayed only one night but the deal was good and it was very convenient with the train from the airport. This is such an easy way to get to and from Hopkins. Views were great and my upgrade to the Jacuzzi suite was wonderful - just had little time to enjoy it. I highly recommend the hotel. It is close to the casino if you are so inclined!
