“Before an Indians game”
Reviewed July 13, 2014

Excellent Middle Eastern fare before a game or even after a day game, since the bakery is open until 6pm.I saw many people buying market foods,a few there to eat at one of the 4-5 tables inside the premises. The meat pies and Greek salad were top notch, the baklava unsurpassed anywhere.Friendly staff, very patiently offering suggestions of items to try to a novice of their food selections.Worth the walk from almost any place in downtown Cleveland.Easy to understand why this bakery is widely acclaimed.

“OMG Delicious”
Reviewed July 11, 2014 via mobile

I am not one for sweets but my husband walked from the hilton garden inn for some goodies to have with our coffee. Omg talk about awesome. The pastries are so light and flakey they are some of your best we have ever had. What a nice little treasure to find.

Middle Eastern baked goods, deli items and food market. Hummus is fresh and surprisingly light.
Other specialties include Tabouli, Grape Leaves and Baklava.Small dining area and Progressive Field location are pluses.

“Fresh pitas, great baklava, and much more!”
Reviewed January 3, 2014

I have been coming to Alladin's for years and would highly recommend it to anyone! As a kid I remember going to the shop and watching bakers make the pitas fresh. Fond memories and familiar taste from the Pitas…makes this one of my favorite spots to stop by when in the area. The shop itself is small and nothing super fancy if you choose to grab a bite to eat there. However, the food is great and quality is superb. Mostly known for the 'pitas,' but you can also enjoy a variety of baklavas. They carry big trays shipped from various locations (great for a party) nicely wrapped or you can even place an order to have them freshly made within the shop. Prices range from a high of about $33 to $6.99 for a smaller tray. If you are curious on taste, venture to the register where you will see a delectible display of sweets, salads, pita pizzas, feta cheese, and other treats. That way you can purchase and try a sweet or pita before going for a large quantity. The pitas come in small and large sizes with options including wheat, plain, or others. I love making pita wraps, pizzas, and sandwiches with them! Pitas usually range from $1.20 +, but sometimes you can score a deal and get them for $0.50-$0.60 if you don't mind a day old! Just venture towards the olive oils area and you'll see them marked. The shop is open daily and until 6pm on weekdays….try to stop by when they bake. It's fun to watch the process. I'm getting hungry already thinking of all the food there! Can't wait to go back. Definitely worth a trip if you want tasty food!
