I took clients who live in Mentor here as they had been dying to go!

When we were first seated we were given an IPAD and told to pick out what drinks we wanted. The young lady seemed to think this was a great idea - NOT!!! Here we were zooming in and out and trying to figure the thing out - what happened to service??

She finally came over and helped us order a drink and two glasses of wine and then showed us how to order a bottle.

The food was OK - I don't think beef cheeks sound good at all BUT... We all had the seafood and it was fine.

The entire time we were there the staff hung out by the cooks, talking amidst themselves - we were secondary for sure.

It was a $300 dinner for three and we should have gone to Morton's where they remember what service is!!!

I'm a big fan of all the Symon restaurants. This downtown location features a lot of wild fare like venison, fresh fish and out of the ordinary vegetable sides. Great wine list for those with a big wallet or no-questions-asked expense account.

Lola's has a great vibe, professional enough for business entertaining but with plenty of flair for a romantic evening. Lunch at the bar worked well, with a nicely portioned salmon salad and a half ham & cheese sandwich that was crisp and flavorful.

This is one of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of eating in! The food is worth every penny and then some! I have never had a single thing that I didn't care for. In fact, things I don't usually care to eat, tasted DELICIOUS! Highly recommend this place for all occasions!

Everything was great. Service was fantastic. Food was great. Had the bone marrow app, which was good, but pricey at $23. Pork shank was huge and flavorful, duck was great. Drinks great. Other than it being a little loud, absolutely nothing to complain about.
