“Critics say Cleveland Orchestra is #1 in USA, we agree.”

Cleveland Orchestra at Severance Hall

New Yorker magazine stated that the Cleveland Orchestra measures up to the best from Europe, and should be considered one of the best, if not the best in the USA. Severance Hall, nearby the Cleveland Museum of Art, and the Cleveland Botanical Gardens, is a fine venue. Pricing is such a value as well. We also enjoyed the special dining room, open before most performances. Cleveland Orchestra is yet another reason Cleveland is such a high quality, good value travel spot that more savvy travelers need to experience.

We had the opportunity to see the Cleveland Pops and the Cleveland Orchestra all in one weekend. What an amazing experience! Severance Hall is is such a beautiful building- a true work of art. The acoustics are phenomenal. We sat in the upper balcony and could hear every instrument clearly. We are looking forward to future performances.

The Severance Hall itself is breathtaking and I could quite happily spend a day touring the building and just sitting in the hall, staring at the beautiful ceiling and surroundings. The Cleveland Orchestra is always first class, but on this occasion, we listened to the Cleveland Youth Orchestra. The performances were wonderful and the musicians really seemed to enjoy themselves too. We have never had a bad seat at any of the concerts we've been to, but the box seats are the best so far.

Joshua Bell and the Orchestra playing Beehoven...wow. Followed by an Cuba-African music in the lobby for an hour...another wow.

It is one of the best orchestras in the world.

With A Mozart symphony to start (his scores are always great) and the New World Symphony by Dvorak, we had a fabulous listing experience.

We could not recommend it more highly.
