Four of us went to dinner last night at Alfredo's. I ordered eggplant which came with pasta and a side salad. I absolutely loved their house Italian dressing. You can taste the red wine vinegar but it's also a touch on the sweet side, and not at all oily. My eggplant was wonderful - three good size pieces that were a little crisp. The other successes of our small group were the mussels with pasta and a Filet Mignon. My husband was a little disappointed in his pork chops because they weren't as juicy as the ones he gets at Bravo. I traveled for 20 years for work and generally avoided hotel restaurants but Alfredo's is really an exception.
