“Great Food, Friendly Staff, Super Easy For Cleveland Clinic Visitors”
Reviewed August 2, 2011

My family and I ended up at Cedarland while staying at the CC Guesthouse, which is in the same building as the restaurant. We wanted something easy, comfortable, inexpensive, and good. The menu at Cedarland is diverse enough that every diner who is remotely adventurous will be happy. Servings are quite ample. Look for sampler platters with hummus and anything with Lebanese spices. A side of the mint and parsley salad goes well with just about everything. Be sure to get the pastichio bakalava and a shot of coffee—no joke, it's just awesome.

“Great for carry-out”
Reviewed September 4, 2010

This was a find for nutritious and very good Middle Eastern food at a very reasonable price. The hummous was delicious and is accompanied by very good flatbread. The kebabs and kefta were well-made and cooked to order and accompanied by a pretty basic rice. No atmosphere but authentic Middle Eastern food.

“Disappointing”
Reviewed August 28, 2008

We are from Columbus, OH and enjoy several very good middle eastern restaurants in our area. So, on a visit to the Cleveland Clinic, we were quite excited to have discovered Cedarland. However, the food was not only disappointing, it was virtually inedible. I had baked kibbe on rice. The kibbe was extremely dry and flavorless. I think the rice was of the instant variety. My daughter ordered Baba Gannoush with pita. The pita was not the fresh, warm variety that is grilled on site and served warm, but instead was placed on our table in the original plastic bag they purchased it in. The pita was thin, room temperature, and not fresh. The baba had a faint chemical taste. The whole experience was disgusting.
