If ever in doubt that Cleveland has a multi-cultural influence, if ever in doubt that Cleveland has a taste for great food, if ever in doubt that Americans love to work for something better- then visit the West Side Market and rest assured that we've got great culture and history.

Tons of great food, lots of choices and great place to window shop. Try the pierogies, fish and delicious produce.

Parking for the market is limited, so be patient! The market offers a humongous choice in produce, meats, cheeses, breads, and seafood. It has various ethnic foods. I wished I lived near this market. I would definitely love to be able to shop here often. My sister and I went on Friday, July 5th, and the market was packed, making maneuvering difficult. Again, patience was needed. I would have purchased more if it had been less crowded. The pizza bagels are delicious. Visiting the Market is definitely recommended. It is a beautiful building.

Maybe I expected a better parking situation, but it seemed really difficult to find a place to park. The market is huge compared to most in my travels (I've seen markets in K.C., Toronto, OKC, Cincinnati, etc) and while I'd prefer more organic choices, it's a heck of a lot better than shopping in big-box grocery stores. The quality is superb.

Was an amazing experience. Food, culture, and a great way to spend the day.We shopped, and shopped and shopped some more. Then had lunch.
