Great menu selections -from sandwiches to hot dinners. Nice bar area for the sports enthusiasts and a quaint dining room for families...also have party rooms in rear of restaurant that serve nicely for small groups under 200.

“Theater District to be proud of”
Reviewed January 24, 2013

Playhouse Square is something first-time visitors to Cleveland are always surprised to discover when they come. When they think of Cleveland they don't equate it with fine theater..a huge mistake on their part! The theaters themselves are renovated beautifully and are worth touring even if their visits don't allow them the time to attend a performance here. To think that these theaters were once movie theaters is hard to comprehend nowdays for most of us who hadn't lived in the era of grandiose movie theaters. Make sure to pay close attention to the ceilings and surroundings once inside them. All the plaster work and gold leaf are amazing. They're definitely worthy of the first-class talent and plays they draw from other cities for performances. Plays aren't the only things going on here. Many one-night-only events take place so it is well worth looking at their website to see what's in town if you are going to be in the Cleveland area on business or any travel, or if you live in the surrounding area and haven't visited the theaters lately.

“Wonderful”
Reviewed January 23, 2013

This is the best place to see a Broadway play without going to NYC! I have been a part of the "Broadway Series" for about 15 years and it continues to get better. The Tony Award winning performances they bring to Cleveland are outstanding. Our cluster of restored theaters are magnificent!!! The all-volunteer staff is courteous and helpful. Great entertainment!

“PlayhouseSquare is a true asset for Cleveland!”
Reviewed January 20, 2013

We have never had a bad experience at any of the theaters at PlayhouseSquare. It is fairly easy to park and get in and out of a show. The Playhouse garage is great in the winter, with the connections to the theaters. It is also nice to park in the garage before a show, walk to dinner and not have to move the car. The staff is always knowledgeable and courteous to the patron with any issue. We have season tickets to the Broadway series and would definitely recommend it to those that want to the see take in the major shows. Small concert venues and local theater group productions are also excellent.

“Shen Yun”
Reviewed January 19, 2013

We went to see the Chinese Dance company Shen Yun during the holidays. It was a beautiful evening. The costumes and scenery was so colorful and the dancing/acrobatics was top notch.
