Very attentive staff and the food was good. Pre show meal is solid and the best option is the district if you are going to the show. Service was well timed for getting to the seats on time.

This eatery, directly on Euclid Avenue and next to the wonder of Playhouse Square, is a delight in taste and budget. We stayed in town to take in a musical in Playhouse Square. We went to the restaurant without reservations, but were still warmly received and well treated. The friendly staff are high energy, big smiled and engaging. The food is abundant and well prepared. The price was medium, but the fare and service absolutely first rate.

Delicious seafood dumplings-so delicate, amazing sauce! in sharp contrast to the equally delish but somewhat truckstopish Mussels and Frites- a nice size portion of mussels piled with perfectly crispy fries and aioli-wow! We laughed because the man ordered the charming dumplings and his female companion (me) got the bowl of fried heaven with extra mayo. Lovely!!!

Great pre-theatre restaurant in Playhouse Square. Excellent variety of small plates and the most knowledgeable wait staff I have experienced in years. Very good wine list. Great presentation of fare and perfectly prepared.

This restaurant can be hit or miss. Sometimes not very good at all, other times, surprisingly delightful. It is a quick walk from the theaters and the staff is well aware of the timing of meals in order to get you to your seats on time. the last time we were there was during restaurant week; two of us ordered from the 3 course prix fix menu, the other two from the regular menu. The salads were nothing special, another raved about his soup. Crispy chicken livers were a hit. they do fish well, both trout and salmon were enjoyed. The meringue was a light, sweet ending to the meal. The caramel cheese cake was OK. Our service was appropriate to our timing needs..not too rushed, but we had enough time left over to enjoy the desserts and wander to the theater.
