“Incredible place and amazing statue”
Reviewed July 5, 2014 via mobile

I went to Cleveland looking for Mr. Ness grave, after that I decided to look for this famous Garfield Monument and wow!! I had to say that this was such a great experience of history and a oportunity to learn about the life of the 20th president of the United States...

Dont forget to take a look at the top of the monument , you will have an amazing view from Lake Erie and Cleveland Skyline...

“Stunning”
Reviewed July 4, 2014

Very nice monument. Beautiful view of the city when you go to the top. Being able to view the caskets was a very somber experience, especially knowing he was murdered.

“A great view of Lake Erie”
Reviewed July 3, 2014

If you are visiting Lakeview Cemetery, then you should tour this
monument not only for the history it affords us, but for the great view it provides of Lake Erie. Be sure to see the beautiful Tiffany stained glass windows. Why not have lunch or dinner in Little Italy after touring Lakeview Cemetery? I love: Presti's almond cookies, Corbo's cassata cake, Mamma Santa's pizza and veal parmigiana.
Guarino's, the oldest restaurant in Little Italy, has a lovely patio for outdoor summer dining. Do check out the many shops and galleries.
