I thought this was a pretty good natural history museum; covered all the bases. Fantastic gemstone collection. They had an outdoor area with live animals. I felt the enclosures were too small for species that tend to roam, like fox and bobcat. The eagle and red tailed hawk may have been injured, but the hawk was flying circles in a very small enclosure. They were in a natural setting, and looked comfortable enough, but animals that usually roam have a hard time being cooped up.

Been there once been there a thousand times. It is never fresh and interesting. The only interesting part is the room that shows constellations.

This has the feel of a large public library. Not the same as museums in NY or Chicago. They have live animals that have been rescued and on display in an outside area. Nice for a rainy sunday afternoon.

We ventured up from North Canton on a rainy Sunday and I'm so glad we did! Both my boys (3 1/2 and 1 1/2 years old) enjoyed the museum! We especially enjoyed all the animals... The outside (live) native Ohio animals were a special treat ! There is a bobcat, coyote, bald eagle, peregrine falcons, owls, foxes, raccoons, deer, turkey, and river otters. You are very up close and personal with all these animals !
