Table 45 was very nice, but I have to say that it seemed to attract some strange folks. For instance, there were only 5 tables occupied. At 50 yrs old, my wife and I were by far the youngest people in the place. One couple, speaking Portuguese, was actually skyping, from their table, with a granddaughter. Another elderly couple was talking on their cell phone...utilizing the speaker phone, for at least 5 minutes!

The staff was awesome and attentive, and the food was really good. No complaints there. The decor can be described as sparse. Very little artwork...it was almost like a fancy cafeteria, in that it was wide open, and you could view all the tables from one spot.

We had a fantastic 8 course menu here with a group of people. The food was fantastic, but more importantly, the staff was incredible. I felt like we were at someone's private home. They were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and well trained. My overall favorite plate of the night was the slow poached cod. I would highly recommend this crew and food.

Have had lunch and dinner at table 45 in the past few weeks. Food is consistently good as is the service. Specials are always interesting and healthy alternatives are on the menu.

Stayed at the Intercontinental this past weekend for a concert. Had dinner at Table 45 because easier than getting our car out of valet parking. Big mistake. This restaurant feels like you're walking into a cafeteria. Very institutional, stark, boring. No music, no ambience whatsoever. Waiter was nice but not super-professional. The menu is just odd - lots of sushi and nothing very exciting. If you plan on spending $25 for dinner (not including drinks) get in your car and go to Little Italy, or anywhere in University Circle. This meal was not memorable and I was surprised at how awful the place looked!

The food was phenomenal
Wide variety of choices
But guests should be prepared for a $25 - $50 per person
