All the newest amenities. Comfortable beds, blankets and pillows. Compkete with USB charger, great shower, Paul Mitchell Shampoo, clean as a whistle, even good coffee in room. Outside gas burner fires on patio was a nice touch and cafe inside was great for a bite. Friendly staff made check in and check out easy and efficient.

We were in town for a dance competition and needed a comfortable place for our family to relax before heading out for an extremely busy day. This Courtyard Mariott met our needs completely. We were greeted by some of the friendliest hotel employees ever at check in. The hotel is gorgeous and looks like something that would cost much more than it does.
We had a 2-queen room with golf course view. We were on the second floor however and unfortunately had a view of the roof of whatever was below us. But it was nice to be on the side of the hotel away from the parking lot. The room was spacious and the color scheme was inviting and relaxing. The bathroom was larger than I've ever encountered in a hotel before which made getting ready for the day pleasant.
The weather was cold, so we did not get to enjoy the outdoors, but we saw a lovely seating area outside along with a fire pit. The pool was small, but perfect for our daughters and their 8 friends who were also staying at the hotel. We just wish their had been a hot tub.
Finally, the hotel had an adequate "market" with milk, juice, and snacks that we could buy and enjoy in our room. And the bistro served a wonderful breakfast.
This is my third or fourth time staying at a Courtyard Marriott and I have yet to be disappointed. This one was even better as it was new and in a quiet location.

We just stayed here over the weekend. It was a gorgeous hotel, the staff was great, and the rooms were clean! The only negatives I have about the hotel is that because it is so new, the GPS had us turn in to the wrong driveway and it wasn't the best visability to get to the correct driveway, but the closer we got (behind the shopping plaza), there were signs to show where to go. Also, the shower can get messy. It was beautiful, but with kids, having no door or shower curtain ended up with water all over the floor because they didn't know to move the nozzle.
The fresh cookies at check in were a nice touch, the outdoor courtyard was beautiful.

To address your issues, we are updated with google Maps and other mapping services at this point, so I expect that having difficulty locating us will end very soon. As far as the walk in shower is concerned, our modern design with clean lines and finishes is great for the adult traveler, weather visiting us for business or leisure, however, with small children I can understand your concern. Just so you know our hotel does feature select rooms with bathtubs just for this reason, we even installed shower curtains to help out with the kids splashing, haha!. I apologize one was not offered to you for your stay, but please keep that in mind the next time your travels bring you to Canfield. Thank you again and we will see you again soon!
I needed a place near Youngstown for some meetings and chose this property due to the proximity to the interstate and I didn't want to be in the city. The property is somewhat out there on it's own and is on a golf course, so very quiet.
First impression is that of a new building, clean. It was also nice to see my name on a screen at the reception desk when I got in to welcome Gold Marriott members.
I was provided with an upgraded room that was decent size and very clean. Good shower. The fitness center was decent enough for treadmill, step and some free weights. The pool looked small. I would think that during warmer months, the outdoor patio would be a nice place to hang out.
Although there is a small food counter there, this place offered the option of walking through the back to the Kensington Grill, which I reviewed separately.
All in all, a pleasant stay.

I called ahead for info and spoke to john. He was curtious, friendly and very helpful. Just as friendly at arrival. The room was even better than than the hilton in San Antonio which is rated world class. The bed and furnishings are stylish and comfortable. Comforter, pillows and sheets clean, soft and comfortable. That is saying something coming from me. We only use Pima or Egyptian cotton sheets in our homes 600-800 thread count. I mean come on, a quarter or third of your life is spent in bed right? The pool and gym looked great but we did not have enough time to use them. The view is very pretty out the back courtyard. We had a sandwich at the pub which was good. Breakfast at the bistro however was fantastic. Scrambled eggs light and fluffy, bacon cooked just right and delicious yogurt parfait. To top all this off we did not have to check out till noon. Oh wait, did I mention starbucks coffee! All this for about $125.00 including tax. Thank you courtyard for a very nice stay and trip advisor who as usual is right on!
