I stayed here while on my way to Niagara Fall, Canada. Very nice staff. Things to do, and places to eat are close by. Rooms are average...but they are clean. Continental breakfast was nice, and parking was just ok...

This was a typical Best Western hotel. It was clean and comfortable, but no frills. The hotel is in a bit of a shady area, but it was easy to get to from various major roadways, very close to the airport, and had adequate parking. It seems the hotel was recently renovated, and our room was decent. The hallways smelled like smoke, but the room didn't. There were some cigarette stains on the bathroom countertop, but it wasn't that bad. The room was large enough and the bed was comfortable, but it had an old style TV - I'd say a slight update needs to be made to a flat-screen. I also would've appreciated better black-out curtains that covered all of the window instead of just most of the window, because the lights on the exterior of the hotel shined into my bedroom. The hotel seemed to be fairly quiet, so no complaints there. The free breakfast was adequate, and in fact, seemed pretty robust for just a continental breakfast. The in-room WiFi was also adequate, so no complaints there, especially since it was also complimentary. There was also an airport shuttle, although I didn't use it -- but I appreciated the complimentary parking. I also didn't use the indoor pool or hottub, but noted that they were available. The hotel staff were all friendly and accommodating, and service was speedy during check in and check out. All in all, this hotel met my needs perfectly, as I was looking for a clean and comfortable hotel near the Cleveland airport, at a very reasonable price.

We were in the area for a family member's wedding, it was our first time to Ohio. The check-in was efficient, which was nice after having flown for almost 5 hours to get there. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the street even though it was facing the street the room was still quiet when we were trying to sleep.
We used the indoor pool on the first night there, it was clean and refreshing. It was open from 8am-10pm. They had a hot tub but it was going through maintenance, they apologized for the inconvenience. They also had a 24-hour exercise room, we didn't use that facility though.
The breakfast was average - they had juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, three types of cereal, oatmeal, breads, bagels, pastries, fruit and a waffle maker. The first two days it did the trick for us then on the last morning we went across the street to the Bob Evans restaurant.
The hotel also had a shuttle to and from the Cleveland airport, we didn't use that though as we rented a car.
There is a microwave in the room but no fridge. There is a 24-hour grocery store down the road called Giant Eagle.

We stayed here for one night as we traveled towards the east coast. It wasn't horrible for one night but would probably not stay again. The lobby looked promising because it was updated. We had a suite on the second floor. The hallway smelled like smoke and was not updated. Our room was interesting to say the least. The frosted windows and random kitchen-y room were strange. The bed was pretty comfy. The breakfast was lacking but hey it was free. Most of the staff was helpful.

The place isn't the best. There is nothing to rave about here, but this hotel did its job. It was relatively clean, not completely run down and not nearly as expensive as a place downtown. I'd probably pay a little more next time and go somewhere nicer, but I don't have any major complaints about this place.

We arrived middle of the night and tired, so appreciated it was efficient check-in and a quiet room despite being close to freeways. Staff were all very nice, made an enjoyable stay. But be braced for strong cigarette smoke smell in the hallways. Our "smoke free" room was comfortable though. The breakfast had limited offerings but considering the price, was OK. If they could get rid of the smokey smelling hallways, we'd very likely stay there again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the boulevard.

We enjoyed our night at this location. We were here to take our daughter to the airport for a very early morning flight. The building is not the greatest and perhaps even a bit shabby in places. BUT, the staff all went so far to make our stay pleasant, that I am giving this place 5 star rating. It was nice and clean, good beakfast and very courteous and friendly Airport shuttle driver.
