The place is a newer Days Inn that was formerly a Microtel. The rooms with one queen bed are small, but are fine for just one person. They do have rooms that are bigger with a king of two doubles. The place is one of the better budget places around. The price was good for AAA at 53 plus tax. What sets me from giving it a perfect rating was at check in. Listen, I fully understand charging extra if you are trying to check in real early, such as before check out time, but coming in at 1 p.m and almost being charged 20 extra dollars is a bit ridiculous. I am not saying it is his rules, but being one to two hours off does not justify a 30% of your room rate charge. I declined and decided to wait the extra hour.
The front desk service was good, very efficient and courteous. I enjoyed the continental breakfast as well.
