Small restaurant in an old small town train station. Continually changing the menu. You'll take home a doggie bag.

What a treat to find a charming restaurant a short way off the freeway. There were a variety of dinner choices for us and our 14 year old son. If you are on a road trip and want fresh food, well-prepared with a friendly wait-staff, stop in!!!

It has a charming and well laid out interior. The service was excellent and the salad I had for lunch was inspired and unique. I definitely will visit again the next time I am in Bluffton.

We've enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the Mustard Seed and were looking forward to their dinner offerings on Friday and Saturday evenings. As usual it was tough to decide what to order, because every item sounded very good and you knew it would be. We were not disappointed in any of our choices. We appreciated the menu's craft beer pairing suggestions with our appetizers and dinners. The table and service were lovely. It is very satisfying to leave a restaurant feeling 'wow, that was so good and I couldn't have prepared that any better!'

Even though it was not on the dessert menu, we were able to order a Key Lime pie to pick up for a Christmas present. Theirs is amazingly good.

Some friends had been telling us to check this place out. Finally, we made a trip to Bluffton from Ada. The Mustard Seed Cafe was a quaint restaurant where classy meets casual. The atmosphere is friendly.. brightly colored. There were fresh cut flowers on the table. We went for brunch on a Saturday morning. Wasn't packed, but there some people there. I ordered a belgian waffle which came with mixed berry topping and homemade whipped cream. It was one of the best I had ever had. My husband had brisket, eggs, and sweet potatoes. He said the sauce was kind of spicy but very good too. We ordered hot chocolate and hot tea. At the end of our meal they gave us to go cups filled with our drinks for free. This place is a hidden gem among the Ada/Bluffton/Lima/Findlay area in Ohio. Worth the trip.
