All front desk personnel were helpful and professional. The three of us stayed in a two bedroom suite with a kitchen and a common room. Breakfast was nice with oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, milk, juices, coffee, waffles, and coffee.

Room Tip: Our suite was super quiet

This was my first stay at the Residence Inn Cincinnati Blue Ash or any Residence Inn hotel. It was a pleasant change from the high rise hotel suites. The buildings are two story condominiums with personal outdoor entrances. Entering this suite my first best impression was the full size kitchen. The kitchen comes equipped with cooking, dinner ware and a dish washer. Great for a long stay with a family. Next to the refrigerator was description of a hotel service, grocery shopping!!! This may be one of the services I'd find useful on a longer stay. I recommend this hotel.

Super clean, friendly and quiet. Breakfast is great... grounds lovely... rooms clean and comfortable. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond...from food servers to front desk to manager, John. THE place to stay.

Clean means everything to me in a hotel!

We stayed here for the Cincy tennis Masters held every August instead of staying in Mason where the tournament is held and were so glad we did. The hotel is less than 15 mins from the tennis (straight shot on the highway) and it was quiet yet busy. There were no crowds of screaming kids heading to Kings Island (I was there with my kid but don't like hoards of families in hotels - Mason hotels have to deal with this all the time). This hotel is modern and up to date which I like.

We had lots of room to eat free breakfast (which had plenty of offerings - their fruit parfait was really good! and there were three fresh fruit options every day) - they open up another room if busy and you can eat outside in the garden and pool area and swim towels were provided. We used the onsite laundry; that was awesome to have and only about 75c or a dollar for a large wash. The woman tending breakfast was lovely and kept everything well stocked.

Our room was in the small part of the hotel that houses reception and breakfast and we really liked that - we had a king studio with new pull out sofa that was as comfortable as any bed. Our kitchen was granite and stainless steel and housekeeping did an excellent job. Bathrooms are modern but very small. Didn't matter to us - all we want is "clean and modern!"

Pool area was clean and inviting and we enjoyed the fire pit, and the mini tennis and basketball court as well as the hot tub. We used pretty much all of the facilities! The cleanliness of these areas was high and the nice little garden area didn't feel like a business hotel at all which I think this hotel primarily is, but it's great for families who have well-behaved kids. All the kids there were well behaved and the hotel has a nice clientele in general.

The foyer and breakfast area were really clean too. The coffee was AWFUL both in the rooms and breakfast area - sorry! The OJ was nice and fresh though!

We will absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I stayed here for a few months last year. Kind staff, good fresh breakfast that was slightly different every day. I could assemble both breakfast and lunch from the offerings. The room was consistently clean. They negotiated a rate with me that allowed me to go home on weekends and not check out, which was a huge relief. The pool left a bit to be desired, but that wasn't a key feature for me.

This Residence Inn is nestled among numerous office parks and is neighbors with a large P&G facility. As such it really seems to serve the primary purpose of the chain - to provide long-term amenities for visiting business people. But they also seem to have a healthy family/leisure travel clientele thanks to relative proximity to Kings Island and other Cincinnati attractions. The hotel serves both groups well.

I visited with spouse and 3-year old child as part of a mid-week getaway to see a baseball game, visit Kings Island, and take in some of the city's other attractions. Its proximity to the interstate makes it easy to find. It's an older Residence Inn with the rooms spread around several disconnected buildings, making it feel a bit like an apartment complex rather than a hotel, but the center "gateway" building is a quick walk from any of the buildings.

Our room was what we've come to expect from the chain - a large, clean room with kitchenette, large bed, and pull-out sofa. The pool was small but ideal for our child. There's also a small sport court near the pool. The breakfast provided a wide selection of hot foods and pastries/cereals. We also got to take in one of the evening social hours for a light supper.

Even though there's a blend of business and family travelers here, the two groups don't really seem to get in each other's way. The staff was top notch and overall I'd recommend this location for a trip to Cincinnati, especially if you have a visit to Kings Island in your agenda.

We decided to stay very last minute after a long day of touring small towns in Western Ohio. Upon our arrival we found the check in process to be very easy even while listening to another guest complain about every little thing before they had even checked in. Never stops to amaze me how some people are so quick to complain or ask for things before seeing or experiences anything. We found the room to be extremely clean almost as if it had never been used before. Found the kitchen to be fully stocked so much so I felt bad we were only staying the one night. Very quiet did not see or hear another person the entire time going back and forth to our room. In the morning we went to the gate house to find it very crowded but orderly even with many small children in the area. Breakfast selections were good alitte more seating would have been nice but it worked for a busy summer Sunday morning. Certainly would stay here again if in the area not the closest to downtown but not too far away either. Ended up going to the Art Museum and several Bridal shops which made for a nice end to our impromptu weekend.

Room Tip: Request a room on the end of the one of the buildings for optimal quiet
