This is one of the few restaurants we could find open in the heart of Amish country on a Sunday night. It was a very good choice. They had a yummy pizza / salad buffet that was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. However, the place was clearly badly managed and under staffed. The restaurant was full of patrons and only one waitress. She was doing it all at a frantic pace seating guests, serving drinks, cleaning tables, refilling the salad bar; all with no help from the 4 guys in the kitchen. In their defense, they were pushing out pizzas as fast as they could as hungry customers descended on them as soon as they came out. No one was in charge. Did someone call in sick or was the manager sick of working?
