Nice comfortable, quiet, accommodating place to stay. As said, STAFF IS AMAZING! <3

This Courtyard is not one of the best I have stayed in. Their is a situation that the commode part of the bathroom has exhaust fan that one can not turn off. The first room was mobil app check in had the fan that was loud and would have kept us up all night.The staff changed us to a ground floor room that had the same issue, but not as loud. The locks on the doors are bad and need to be replaced. We had allot of trouble getting the door to open on both the first and second room we were switched to. The beds were comfortable, but rooms could use an upgrade. Nice lobby.Bathrooms very small and if traveling with a second person it is tight!

Room Tip: High Floor away from elevator, ice machine and connecting door

From check in to check out, everyone was fabulous. Rooms are modern and very clean, computers accessible, internet fast, plenty of free parking, the Bistro has nice choices, really good in-room decaf, pool great to lounge in and exercise equipment well kept. Michelle at the Bistro in the morning really started our day off right with a smile and being incredibly helpful and so friendly, Housekeeper TAMARA is a true gem!!! She was so enthusiastic about helping us in anyway she could, such a kind, sweet and truly good young lady. I talked to three other families on our floor and they all agree with my comments about Tamara. In the evening we had the great pleasure of the company of JOLISA (sp?). This young lady is amazing. She showed so much interest in all of us and made us feel like part of the Marriott family. Her wit and charm kept all of so engaged especially Nick and Zach. You should be proud of these ladies and the superior work they do for the Marriott and all of the lucky guests who may interact with them. Overall, you helped make our trip to Cleveland for the 2017 Junior Gold Youth Bowling Tournament an extra wonderful and unforgettable experience.

Room Tip: Our family had rooms in the middle, and two ends of the same floor and they all where great.

We booked two rooms for an overnight stop for our Summer 2017 vacation using points. We got two double rooms, and they were comfortable and reasonable as most other Courtyard hotels. The ceilings of the bathroom were peeling paint, but everything was functional. Their were a few leftover hairs from either a previous guest or the cleaning staff in the tub, which happens to just be a pet peeve of mine, as I don't know how you can't notice a big black hair against a solid white background. Blech.

The staff was overwhelmed, with the front desk worker of one pulling triple duty checking people in, handling the bar, and the bistro. I wanted to get a beer, which they helped me with, and even discounted it due to my wait to get it.

The one huge negative, as a frequent business traveler, is that I don't think I've ever seen slower internet access. I ran a speedtest and only got 3Mbps, and it felt every bit that slow. Updating email and a few apps on my phone seemed to take forever. I don't know why it's so slow, but wow, it felt like dialup.

Overall, the experience was fine, and reasonable for a use of points.

We showed up from out of town and we needed a room and a friendly face. Rasheed was great and answered every question we had! Thank you for hiring such great people. He told us all about the breakfast bistro and we felt like we knew all the amenities offered.
