Recently spent one night at Limani. A very comfortable room with queen sized bed, kitchenette, great shower, and balcony with uninterrupted views of the bay. This hotel is right on the water, not too far from the shopping area, friendly staff, and a great nights sleep! I was more than happy to pay $95 to stay here. Recommended!

Spent 5 nights at Limani in a Queen bed suite with my wife. (1st floor)
Operators are friendly and eager to assist where they can.
Views were magnificent over Boston Bay with a private balcony oriented towards the town of Pt. Lincoln. The absolute waters edge location is a winner.
Bed was comfortable but maybe a bit too bouncy for sleeping.
Facilities were OK but starting to show signs of age. Certainly clean on arrival.
Cleaning during the stay was adequate but not perfect.
Car parking was under cover and adequate but could present a challenge in a large vehicle if the motel is busy. Access to the carpark is tight and the location of access ramps is interesting being on an 'S' bend in the road.
Would I go back? Yes.
Value for money was pretty good!

I extended my recent 2-week holiday in Port Lincoln staying for 4 nights at this beach-side motel. My first-level room was large with beautiful views over Boston Bay and the town centre. I could hear some heavier traffic mid-evening, but it was quiet later in the night. The facilities in the room were in good order, except for the couch which was damaged and in need of repair or replacement. There is also a grassed area adjacent to the beach at ground floor level where you can sit and watch the sunset over a relaxing drink.

Room Tip: Try and book a ground-floor room, as you have direct access to a grassed area adjacent to the beach...

This was the only place I could get as it is a buisy time of the year I was here to swim with tuna seals and dive with white sharks and this was a great base and the views are I think some of the best in town

This hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the beach and only a short stroll to the esplanade. There is a great deli directly across the road which supplies all the bits and pieces you may need.

We booked a family room for ourselves and two boys, there was a separate room with two singles and a queen size bed in an alcove within the family area. This allowed for us to send the kids to bed and still be able to sit up and watch TV. The kitchenette was excellent for motel accommodation with a good size fridge, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. We were able to have breakfast and sometime lunch using the facilities.

The room, although a little outdated was clean, spacious and serviced everyday. The staff were friendly and shared information with us.

A great location for a family on a tight budget, I would definately return and stay here.

Room Tip: Ask for room facing the beach although I think most of them do.

Nicely equiped and maintained suites with main room with queen bed, sitting area and kitchen with second bedroom with double bed. Balcony overlooking the bay; all at a reasonable price. A good choice for families.

Fantastic location on the beach of Spencer Gulf. Room is very spacious and clean, Mark is an easy person to get along with and has views on what to see and do. Friendly town, lots to see. We experienced swimming with the tuna. What an amazing adventure. To view these large harmless speed demons of the ocean is a to do on your 'bucket list'. There are plenty of restaurants, including King Neptunes pasta and seafood (quality and well priced-try the devilled prawns), Pier Hotel (quality and getting more costly-try the chicken, prawns and avocado fettucini) and the Marina Hotel (quality and reasonably priced, try the fillet steak). Drive to Winders Hill for a great view of Port Lincoln. Visit Coffin Bay and the Lincoln National Parks beautiful secluded beaches.
