Owner description: The idea to build the d'Arenberg Cube came to Chief Winemaker Chester Osborn in 2003. Inspired by the complexities and puzzles of winemaking, Chester created the idea of a cube-shaped building. Each of the five levels have been carefully designed to entice and excite the senses, including features such as a wine inhalation room, a virtual fermenter, a 360degree video room, and many other tactile experiences. Visitors are encouraged to explore the Alternate Realities Museum, located on the ground floor, and view the many art installations on display. The Cellar Door is located on the top floor, and is open for tastings 7 days a week 10am - 5pm

For lovers of good red you cant beat Dead Arm Shiraz. The staff in the tasting room are always cheery. The winery has a great view over the hills and the best is D'arrys on the Verandah restaurant. The food here is sensational and always with some local stuff included. yummy!

We took guest's from the UK there and they loved everything about d'Arenberg Winery. They thought they wines were "super"
and the atmosphere at the cellar door was fantastic.

Staff were friendly and know their wines. The restaurant was full and popular, booked out that day. They even let you taste wines that are on the high end. Beautiful views from the cellar door.
