A favourite cake here of mine is the chocolate and macadamia brownie! It's very filling and is a great to share! All the other selections are delicious too! Made on the premises so are very fresh.
Also you can buy takeaway gourmet meals, e.g. lasagne with plenty of meat. Roland who runs it is always welcoming, plus other staff.
Whether it's a snack or lunch you want, you will be covered here!

The owner of this lovely cafe is very happy to serve your coffee and clean up after you. They make wonderful Lapinjas and Baguettes as well. Something for everybody here.

I came in for lunch on Thursday 21st. with a friend.
We each had a vegetarian foccacia and a medium size freshly squeezed juice and we shared
a large size cone of chips. The whole lot came to $40.05, not unusual for lunch for 2, except
that on this occasion the meal was overpriced. Why? Well, the chips were good as always,
the drinks were fine but the foccacias! Not good value at all, the bread was bland and the filling
was skimpy. They need to put more filling in.

Could it be that they made a mistake with the pricing? I think the chips came to $4.50, which leaves $35.55 for 2 drinks and 2 foccacias. Assuming that the drinks were about $7 each, that means the foccacias came in at $21.55 for 2. Could this be right? We don't mind paying for quality but that's not what we got.

We didn't have time to make a comment on the day but when we talked about it afterwards, we
realised what had happened.

Food was very nice, service was a little slow but it was a bit busy. Plenty of local produce can be bought too.
