“Excellent”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 6, 2013

A great and refreshing stop on a trip through the Tablelands. Clean, bright and friendly with some interesting historical ice cream info on the wall. Great selection of flavours (I had dragonfruit sorbet) and some other locally produced stuff.
Well worth a stop on your trip through Tableland.

“Top Ice-cream Shop!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2013

I'm not sure why the previous reviewer has given this shop a 2-star (poor) rating after saying they enjoyed their visit and would return for more! Some mistake, surely?
This is a family-run business with a good selection of ice-cream and sorbet flavours on offer, including some really interesting options that I've not seen before. The ice-cream & sorbet flavours that we tried were lovely - it's a shame that we visited after a large lunch at Mareeba as we would have liked to have tried a few more of the flavours on offer!
You can see through the viewing window to where the ice-cream is made and the owners also promote other local small businesses within their shop, which is a nice touch.
If you love good ice-cream & sorbet, it's well worth a stop-off on the way through the Tablelands area.

“Great stopover”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 24, 2013

The staff are extremely friendly and the ice cream was wonderful. Overall a very nice afternoon outing. This business is obviously a family run business that wants its customers to return and we will.
