This is a Gem in the Red Dirt of Western Qld.

Attached to the Caravan Park we stayed at its recently been taken over by Outback Aussie Tours and is hitting its straps. Live music added to gardens that set of the White Gum Trees sets the scene to enjoy meals of local produce treated with respect as you will be as customers.

A good wine list, variety of Beers that sits well with a menu that is spaced from small ( think tapas) to big.

Priced well, the menu describes well what hits the plate and table and the staff engage in conversation way beyond the menu that allows another view if he sights and sounds to explore.

Stockmans hall of fame tomorrow. Another full day

A good entertainer in the evenings.
Stayed at tourist park and entertainer came around on a bull to promote the Woolshed.

3 of us ordered the buffet for $25 each & $15 for kids. We were warned that there would be a wait for meals (one kids nuggets & Veg lasagne) but after waiting for close to an hour when our 2 meals did come out, the presentation was horrible considering its price and there was next to no meat left in the buffet & not a single scrap of salad left at all. This was appalling-we ordered at 7pm so surely they could’ve restocked the spareribs & salads. Very disappointed and certainly not cheap!

On the upside, John the entertainment guy was really good. We complained about the buffet and without a blink of an eye were refunded $30. But it left us annoyed and disappointed! See photos of the kids $10 nuggets & chips! Not very appealing!!

Had a lovely evening here. Food was average but priced ok. Beer was reasonably priced and cold. It was all about the entertainment. A singing cowboy with his dog and horse and also a bull. He was great.
