This hostel is situated in a great location. There are a lot of nice bays in the area. It's a 10 minute walk to the Horseshoe Bay which is a beautiful beach. It is a 25ish minute walk to some great hiking locations (a short bus ride if you want to pay the 90 cents). I hiked to the World War II forts. It was a nice hike with BEAUTIFUL views and took about an hour and a half. There is also another beautiful secluded beach by that area as well. The hostel itself was very clean and the bar had delicious drinks. During happy hour they were all $6. When I was there it wasn't too crowded so the night life wasn't too crazy but we had a few drinks and walked to the beach and it was nice. If you want a crazy time you can catch the bus to X base. The hostel had a nice camping area where some of my friends stayed and a nice kitchen supplied with cooking utensils. There were hammocks set up around the saltwater pool to relax in. The whole area was very beautiful. Overall I had a very enjoyable weekend!
