Our first time at Cape Tribulation and we just stumbled on this cafe/restaurant by accident because you can only see the signs rather than cafe. Wow what a great stumble, even the walk through a mini forest path to the cafe is even exciting. Great friendly staff that greeted you while walking through the door and continued looking after us while we were there. The atmosphere and surrounding makes you so relaxed you don't want to leave but sit there with a nice white wine. Food was amazing and reasonably priced compared to Port Douglas, and more like Melbourne prices. We were there for a late lunch only and had for starters the bread and olive oil with dhukah and then the ceaser salad with squid and my husband had the fresh tuna, flavours were amazing together with the wine and scenery. This place is a must and with its signature bar stools every one will always remember it.
