Overall impression is of a well run and attractively laid out site on a sloping hill, treed and with views to the mountains.
Arriving from the coast, we appreciated the cooler and fresher, sunnier and drier Tablelands atmosphere.
Our unit was clean, fresh and attractive. There wasn't a lot of storage space but we managed. There is the usual microwave oven and 2 electric plates, small fridge, and small flat screen TV. A/c and fan were fine.
As the site was very quiet, there was a peaceful air. In busy times, presumably it would be different and units are pretty close together sideways with just a car space between.
The site has a small outdoor pool and a playground. On site laundry for small charge.
Free wi fi on site, but this was one of several places we stayed where we were told that we were in the wrong part of the site for reliable reception, and it is unfortunate that businesses don't make this clear in their advertising as it is a factor in booking these days.
There were roadworks just beside the site which made getting in and out a time taking exercise, and also meant noticeable traffic noise behind us due to the detour during week days, but that couldn't be helped.
We enjoyed our stay and would return.More
