Thanks so much for the lovely experience my daughter had trail riding. The staff were wonderful with children and the horses were beautiful and gentle. It is an experience she will never forget and she can’t stop talking about it!

Magnificent! My daughter, partner and I have done the St Andrews Beach ride for 4 years (except for Jan 2021 due to COVID-19), and we love it. The horses are well trained and in excellent health. The staff are friendly, helpful and safe. From a COVID-19 safety perspective, riders are spread out my 2m to >4m while riding, and distanced while getting on and off the horses. Quite COVID-safe!
I have recommended this ride to many people I know!
p.s. - 90kgs weight limit is common for equestrian centres; these horses need to contend with riders of all levels of experience; an inexperienced heavy rider can injure an animal and/or themselves in turn, so this is a requirement for horse and rider safety.

Great experience on beautiful horses with Gunnamatta Trail Rides. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Importantly the horses were well cared for and beautifully mannered. Our grand daughter had such a memorable experience. Thankyou!

They say this is a family experience and there’s something for everyone. What they don’t tell you is that they won’t let anybody over 90 kg ride the horses. They claim it’s because of insurance. I read the whole website and could not find a mention of this. It seems that fat shaming starts at 90 kg with this business. This is not a family experience.
