The booking process and availability check online was easy. Your riding ability is questioned prior to arrival and different colour hats are given to show your level of experience. Everyone is weighed on arrival and a safety briefing is carried out before you set off.
I had booked a private ride and really enjoyed it. We spent two hours riding first through the bush and then along the beach. The beach is spectacular but you are only allowed to walk on the beach so forget any ideas about galloping along the waters edge.
All the staff I met were friendly and helpful, horses were well looked after and this is definitely something I’d do again. It doesn’t matter what your level of experience is as they can cater for all abilities and everyone I spoke to when I was there enjoyed it as much as I did.

Had the owner change the time of our "experience" a couple of days before and we weren't able to make it at his changed time. WE informed him of that and he refused to refund, only gave us 12 months to re book the service. We followed this up with multiple emails calls and never got a reply, never got a call back. Referring on to ACCC. Disgusting customer service, Disgusting way to run a business. Owner should be ashamed. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
