To be fair we do visit here once a month on average, but its because it is convenient to where we live. It is popular although we are never entirely sure why? The menu hasn't changed in years and years - you can see the staff buying bread in the local Sainsbury's and the house wine is Pinot Grigio, not even spanish. However, the service is always good, the food is always hot and edible but I could do without the telly being on constantly. I think because it is popular the management may have got complacent.
