Visited this restaurant early last Saturday evening to find the restaurant already half full at 6.30pm. We were taken to our table straightaway and asked what we would like to drink. There was a nice atmosphere of soft indian music and people chatting away.
The starters were good as one can expect we opted ffor their Tikka Platter a mixed meat starter. All very moist and tasty. For mains my partner opted for the seabass and i had a very nice chicken jalfrezi.
The presentation and service of the meal was very good. We found the waiters to be helpfull and attentive.
All in all i can say this was one of the better indian meals we have had in the Burton area and shall be returning soon.

I went to this restaurant with family. We had pre-booked a table in the expectation that we would not to have to wait around. However, in spite of there being lots of empty tables we were seated in a waiting area and told to wait. The staff seem to enjoy folding napkins rather than attending to their customers. Eventually we asked again if we could go to our table. We were told to wait again whilst they set this up (a complete nonsense as there were several laid out already). When we sat down, we were ignored once again. The staff manage to avoid eye contact with us so that we were forced to shout at them across the room. We were already fed up with this pantomime before the food arrived. And guess what, it was just awful. The wine was overpriced rubbish too. There seemed to be a general air of amused contempt for the customer in this place. We won't be going again.
