Fabulous views, good parking facilities. Worth the visit just to sample the presence of the edge and the exhileration of walking on the top

A brisk walk along Stanage Edge and a little bit os scrambling (we are climbers so get a guide if you want to try this) gets you ready for a slap up tea at Hathersage. Fantastic views across the valley to Hope and Kinder Scout!

Must see natural attraction but go when the weather is good. Fab views of Hope Valley. Take a picnic and sit, enjoy and contemplate life!

I used the app on my phone to direct me to this site. And was really looking forward too it. After a 2 hour drive my sat navigation said I had arrived at my destination. And it bought us at a lake surrounded by woodland. Don't get me wrong it was a beautiful walk and I recommend it to anyone. But if someone could update the postcode or location correctly. Because Google didn't seem to help us find it either. I'm going to do my own research next time to save myself the additional 150 miles that wasn't required
