I have stayed here at least 5 times in the last 6 months , having found it by chance on trip advisor. having been once I've returned to sample the friendliness, breakfasts, location and overall hospitality from Julie, Graham and staff. This is in effect a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel, which has a bar and caters for numerous occassions. People who have been dissapointed have (I expect) been sop because of the historical naming of the 'hotel'. For those of you want a clean, hospitable bed and breakfast in a fantastic location- with great home cooked breakfasts, then I would advise you to visit.
I travel all over the country, and stay in various hotels ( often expensive), however you won't get better value for money than this one.CarolMore
