The house and location were excellent. Everything we needed was provided
by the owner who also supplied us local bus timetables and taxi numbers. The location was very convenient to Belper town centre.
We arrived on Sunday and was met by Tracey who gave us a quick demo off how things worked which was very helpful.the bungalow is in excellent condition and has everything you need including a washing machine the location is in a superb location to visit all the attractions off Derbyshire, we felt very relaxed here and it felt like home from home thank you so much Tracey for a lovely holiday
We had a wonderful, relaxing and comfortable stay at No. 31 Belper. Received a very warm welcome on our arrival from Tracey. A great, well-kept bungalow in a quiet cul-de-sac. Nice touch with the flowers, chocolates, milk etc.
Very good facilities with everything you could possibly need during a break away. Provided an ideal base for visiting local attractions like Crich Tramway Village, Hope Valley (famed for the Dambusters), Blue John Caverns etc, to name a few.
Would certainly consider staying there again.
Many thanks Tracey.

This is a nice 2 bedroom bungalow on the outskirts of Belper. The bungalow is very well equiped with lots of little extras which make the holiday special. There is a fantastic amount of tourist literature to help you make the most of your stay. The welcome card, flowers and chocolates were nice touches.
Tracey was a wonderful host . We were a family with a 16month old and Tracey had a cot and highchair and many toys for her to enjoy! There is a park around the corner and the neighbourhood is quiet. We felt very welcome and settled in easily. We were welcomed with flowers, chocolate, and even milk to make a cuppa! The beds were comfy and much appreciated.
There is nothing negative to say, only good things.
We hope to return again !
From Start to Finish this has been brilliant.
Tracy and Andy are fantastic owners. The property was spotless and well maintained.
Extremely quite area,which was brilliant.
Lovely local walks within Belper,Matlock and Bakewell.
Fantastic sites and many photographic opportunities..
A stunning area..
We will return..
We had a wonderful week stay here, Tracey has thought about everything and particularly people's comfort. The bungalow had everything and more! We are sad to leave! We have been to stay in many places where we haven't been keen or comfortable to go back to, but we all loved the bungalow and it's home from home feeling. Tracey has made a lovely holiday home with something a little more special than any others. We couldn't believe how much there is to do and see, we couldn't get it all done in a week, so it's a perfect excuse to come back!! Having nice homely self catering accommodation is often difficult to find, particularly as our son who has autism finds many places difficult to relax, he absolutely loves no 31 and that's quite a big deal! Highly recommend that this holiday bungalow is a perfect getaway for families touched by autism, it's relaxing, safe and has plenty to do or not to do, if desired! I can see it's a popular holiday accommodation but I would suggest that the National Autistic Society are aware of this accommodation to recommend on their website. It's an ideal holiday. We can't wait to come back, and are sad to leave today! Tracey thank you so much, you have been so lovely and helpful from booking to the actual holiday. Best of wishes for the future and we hope to come and stay again in the future, it's a relief to know there's somewhere we are confident to go for a holiday, that's also a big deal for us xxxx
