Didn't look to good from the outside nearly drove past it, it seemed closed with a couple of cars outside but thought would give it a go, we had the place to ourselves the interactive bits didn't really seem to work so we skipped to the animals. Interesting animals was surprised to see a snow leopard, little adventure didn't stay long though.

Several years ago, this was one of my eldest daughter's favourite days out, so I was looking forward to visiting in half term with my youngest. Unfortunately, it was a great disappointment. Everything looked shabby and run down, with dog-eared faded signs and dirty animal tanks. Even the cafe and toilets were grubby. Sadly, we won't be visiting again.

Last visited 2 years ago, a great experience, with many good memories, today tatty, shabby, over priced and no butterflies. The outdoor area looks unkept and in need of investment.
Brought guests which made it all the worse.

Great little zoo for younger kids. The highlights for us were the ants which are just incredible to watch, the unexpected fruit bats and of course the gorgeous snow leopards. Well worth watching them being fed, you can stand in a Perspex tunnel and the leopards jump on top of you! Well worth a visit, especially if you can get hold of a voucher!

Looks like a place that hasnt had any work done to it since it opened. Tatty, shabby, over priced. No butterflies on the day we visited. The outdoor area looks unkept. We spend 40 minutes there and had seen everything. Didn't want to eat from the cafe so went to Leighton Moss instead. Would not go back, needs a major upgrade, not an Oasis.
