We popped in during a fairly busy lunchtime. The service was prompt - we were seated at the front of the restaurant - it was extremely cold as the air conditioning was on and our children were dressed for the summer and getting really cold, I asked if we could move and the waitress said she would turn off the air con, which didn't happen - so in the end we moved ourselves onto a more comfortable table. Our drinks and food arrived quickly and were great - especially the children's pizza - which is great value. The food all tasted freshly made and good. The overall value was good - service friendly and food of a good standard. I would recommend it for a casual and filling lunch. Its certainly not just Frankie and Bennys which goes into an air con frenzy as soon as the sun comes out - but its important to remember that if it hot outside, people are dressed accordingly and don't want to freeze in temperatures which would be too cold in the winter! Other than this point - a lovely meal

Called in for lunch Saturday afternoon, got seated quickly and asked if we wanted drinks & a starter, both came within 10mins. Ordered main courses and waited 10-15mins, steak tough / burger undercooked with processed cheese & sauce instead of blue cheese as ordered / steak wrap nice apparently.....decided to order desserts and waited for over 20mins for 2 x cheese cakes & 1 x waffle, waffle was stale tasting and very hard......
Overall service was good but food was poor for what it cost (£65+), chip shop food or MacDonald's is on a par if not better.....

I go regular with friends - proberly 4 times a month be this for breakfast - of just a coffee or an evening visit.
We all know that buying any sort of drink here is very expensive so that is one consideration.
Parking is free and plenty of it so thats a great plus.
Staff are fine- friendly and hard working. - visiting managers sit watching the staff run off their feet so this needs to be addressed.
This venue and proberly others are slowly changing the menus - for example if you order a breakfast make sure all items are in the price - for example the toast.
On the whole this is a good review as in all the fast food outlets they are virtually the same.
You get what you see.
Food quality is top notch but small portions and can sometimes get busy.
