This place goes from strength to strength with the events it puts on. Went to a sort of Mediaeval day there and the contributors were really well chosen, knowledgeable and chatty. Lovely innovative things on sale and lots for re-enactors. Family friendly, informative and a nice cafe area.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Weaver Hall Museum. I spent about an hour here, but if I'd read all of the words on all of the posters next to the exhibits it would've been a longer visit. The museum seemed to be kitted out for children as there were lots of things to touch and smell. There are lots of very interesting artefacts and very well presented. It is quite a small museum but well worth a visit and with a £3 entrance fee it's a good way to spend an hour or two. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful. An ideal place for tourists and locals alike.

One of the little known parts of Northwich, it is in fact called Weaver Hall Museum, and portrays many aspects of the history of the area, with a large connection to it's salt heritage. Upcoming events include a WW2 display

A place I had been meaning to visit for years, finally got there when a family member came to stay. It was very well laid out, very interesting and staff were helpful. Good value.
