“Dishwasher still in need of repair!”
Reviewed January 21, 2013

Gave this place another go as my other half fancied a pizza & we were in the area. First thing i noticed was that the wine glasses were filthy as on my previous visit so bad start. My thin based pizza was undercooked making the bread soggy. Ordered an extra egg which they had audacity to charge over £1 making the grand total for a soggy, uninspiring plate of slop roughly £13.50. Extortion. The coleslaw wasn't fresh & that too is overpriced.

I'll stick to la fattoria for my pizza in future as PA have priced themselves out of the running for me. Staff hygiene in this place is non existent too

“A positive experience”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

In spite of numerous criticisms of this restaurant on Trip Advisor we had an excellent experience.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout our lunchtime visit. We were served quickly and efficiently.

The choice from the menu was excellent and my wife really enjoyed her 'Four Seasons' pizza. I had one of my favourites - the Nicoise Salad, which this chain of restaurants do really well. A portion of Garlic Bread and a couple of Beers made this a substantial meal for a chilly day.

Value for money was very good and and we would certainly revisit again.

If I may be allowed one, very small, criticism please? Your music needs turning down a touch so that conversation can take place properly!

“Great pizza, shame the dishwasher is broke”
Reviewed October 24, 2012

Had the misfortune of having to go to Cheshire oaks to pick up a few bits & whilst there needed to eat. Pretty easy decision to go here as it's always consistent & the oaks offers little else apart from fast food. The first thing i noticed was how filthy the wine glasses were & how dim witted anyone would be expecting diners to drink from them. Pizza was absolutely delicious & could have eaten another as i opted for the thin based etna. Be aware that this is quite fiery & tends to move quickly so be prepared the following morning! :-)

“Dissapointing and Bad value for money”
Reviewed October 23, 2012

The overall appearance is alright but the food and what you get for the price is very poor. My son ordered a pizza which had a wafer thin base with the middle cut out, it was about 8 inches and cost £10.I had pasta which was completly dried up and some pieces burnt. I wouldn't reccommend it at all.
