First visit to this restaurant chain. My wife and I ate here prior to going to the cinema. Overall, the food quality was good for a restaurant chain and while the service was good it seemed rushed with one waiter almost breaking into a trot between tables - this was a busy Thursday evening. Decor contemporary and atmosphere good.
We had crab cakes and calamari to start both served with garlic mayo. These were average starters and expensively priced at £5.65 each. We enjoyed but didn't regard as good value.
Main courses were pasta dishes Penne con Salmone and Pollo Mariano. These were good sized portions, piping hot and tasty. Compared to the starters, these were good value and enjoyed by both of us. We passed on a sweet to avoid sleeping through the film!
For restauraunt prices, drinks were average price and good quality. I had an ice cold 660ml. bottle of Peronni and my wife sampled a large glass of Pino Grigo. Bottles of wine are priced at arround £14 to £18. We had coffee of good quality and very reasonably priced at £2.10.
Overall our expereience was positive and we would consider eating here again.
