It's a modern hotel, looks very new and clean. Rooms are fine with comfortable bed and internet connection (wired though), WiFi would be definitely appreciated.
Breakfast is OK, friendly staff and decent service.
Overall it's a convenient hotel for a short stay.

This was a one night business stay. The rooms are small with limited storage. Fine for a one night, one person stay but I imagine not that comfortable for multiple nights. The decor is bright and contemporary. The rooms have a TV (not great reception) and tea/coffee facilities. There is no bath but a good walk in shower. There is no air con and the room was fairly hot. The breakfast was ok with a cooked option but nothing special. Good parking albeit a soulless location on a business park. All in all better than a Travellodge or Premier Inn but not by much.

to have a romantic night away with the boyfriend, this hotel was perfect, from the sofa in the room to the gorgeous walk in shower, the room was stunning, one tiny criticism is that you have to ring down to reception for shampoo and things like that, whereas in other hotels these are offered in the room. the reception staff were very helpful and the payment went through easily leaving a quick and easy check in and out. the room was extremely clean and modest, gorgeous stay.

Stayed here overnight returning from visiting family in North Wales, paid £32 for an advanced booking offer. We found the hotel easily and checking-in was handled very quickly and efficiently. For some reason they hadn't registered the fact that we had booked for 2 adults and 1 child, and the room sofa bed wasn't made up, but reception sorted this out straight away and the bed was made up for us. A request for extra towels and pillows was also sorted out immediately.

The hotel looks very new and the room was clean and smart although room was fairly limited with the sofa bed made up. The wet room bathroom was excellent. Very little hanging space for clothes - no wardrobe, just two small rails - not a problem for us but could be an issue if staying for longer than one night. The major drawback of the room was that it was very hot and there was no way of cooling the temperature down.

Good value for the price for we paid, very good customer service and I would stay there again, although not on a hot day!

The hotel layout is similar to other Ramada Encores' I have stayed in, and I found the overall experience intensely satisfying! It was like an oasis of calm in my hectic couple of days away! It was clean and modern with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The price was very modest. I paid £32 for the night and £7 for breakfast.

The bar was nice, very clean and well run. The lady behind the bar could not have been more friendly and had very high standards.

The room was clean, spacious and comfy. It even had a very good hairdryer!! The bed was a small double but I was on my own so that was fine, There was also a sofa and a chair. It had a walk in shower with shower gel, and lots of other toiletry items were available for free from reception. It had good blackout curtains and my room overlooked the garden so was very quiet.
The only negative was the light casing fell on my head when I turned the bedside light off!!

The breakfast was superb and the staff again very helpful and could not do enough to help you. I had a 3 course breakfast and could hardly move!

I would highly reccomend this hotel for short stays.

I was a little disconcerted to find I could not book anything to the room as I only had cash or a debit card on me and they insist on a credit card only! As it happenned I didn't need to so it was not a problem but be warned!

Room Tip: 121 was fab! Buy breakfast the night before it is cheaper!!

I stayed for one night when visiting my stepson. The room was a good size, perfectly clean, modern, had a comfortable bed and was in very good condition. It had everything you need for a short stay. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station but getting a cab would be no problem. I didn't eat in the hotel as my deal did not include breakfast. I paid £28 for a night which I thought was incredible value. I would have been happy to pay the full price which I understand to have been about £45 per night

Booked this hotel for a family celebration in Sandbach. It was a fabulous "Summer offer" at £14 each for the room.Knowing nothing of this hotel or it's whereabouts we took a chance.
As it was no problems. Had a little difficulty in finding it as the signs couldn't be seen from the road.
Bright modern reception staff very helpful and polite.
Plus points: our room rate was excellent, good sized room mpdern and bright.Bed though a double was "only just".
Very quiet away from the main roads, though some noise in the morning from early smokers ,even though we were on the 4th floor!
They offered us breakfast at a special rate of £7 each which we took.

Negative points, mainly to do with the breakfast.Though there was a good selection the cooked buffet wasn't very warm.Indeed they only changed it after complaints.Coffee was from a machine and both times it overflowed.
But in truth at £21 per head b/b it by far outwighed other area offers.
If I was needing a stay in the area in the future I would seriously consider staying here again, despite the negaitive comments
